Shen Wan Hongyuan Hong Kong (00218) issued an announcementdeuceswildonlinefreeOn May 7, 2024, the licensor Shenwan Hongyuan Enterprise (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a license agreement with the licensee Shenwan Hongyuan International. The licensor agreed that the licensee will license the use of the property for a period from May 7, 2024 to September 24, 2025 (both days inclusive), with a license fee of 56 per monthdeuceswildonlinefree.890 million Hong Kong dollars.
The property is a designated area within the 4th floor of Three Pacific Place, 1 Queen's Road East, China Hong Kong as specified in the licence agreement.
The announcement stated that the board of directors believes that entering into the license agreement will continue to provide a platform for the group to maintain a close business relationship with Shenwan Hongyuan International, the company's controlling shareholder. The Directors believe that the conclusion of the licensing agreement will enhance cost-effectiveness and management efficiency and will therefore be beneficial to the Group.
